85% Cacao Vegan Chocolate Mousse

The easiest mousse you’ll ever make!

Three-step recipe to a deliciously divine dark chocolate vegan mouse that will give you extra brownie points for any of your dinner guests!


1 x Alpro Dark Chocolate pot

70g 85% Cacao with Raw Cacao Nibs

Berries to garnish


Chop up 60g bar of chocolate roughly. Meanwhile boil the kettle and add to a pan over a medium heat.

When the water is boiling, add the chocolate to a pan or shatter proof bowl over the boiling water and stir until fully melted.

Once fully melted, take off the heat and stir in a pot of Alrpo Dark Chocolate. Once fully mixed together, add to ceramic pots and leave in the fridge to set for 1 hour. Once fully set, shave the remaining chocolate on top and add berries to taste ready for serving!
